Betty Morgan's Graveside Service
Betty “Grammy” Morgan was interred at the Yamhill Pioneer Cemetery, in Lot No. 7, Block twenty-one East (21E), next to her Mother-in-Law, Annie Stenzel, on a beautiful, breezy, sunny Saturday (March 21, 2020). The view there was spectacular, the mood was somber and sometimes light with loving laughter. Our family is grateful for the help and participation of the Vigil and Yates families, for Cal Warrick and for Bishop Brian Boynton.

Unfortunately, due to a health-scare and wide-spread panic over the outbreak of the Corona/Covid-19 virus, the U.S. President & the Governor of Oregon decreed quarantines for all and bans on travel and public gatherings of more than ten people; this prevented nearly all of her many friends and fellow LDS—and even her three sons—from attending her graveside service & burial. Nevertheless, many of her loved ones violated the mandates and attended to show their love and pay last respects... Not one of the attendees got sick from attending...
