Sigmund was born in Krajkowo (Kraikovo), Plock County, Prussia on February 28, 1883. Sigmund was Married to Martha Feltz (daughter of John Felzynski, born March 24, 1856, Poland) in New York City, 1906. Sigmund & Martha were the parents of Josephine, Jannett, Charlse, and Eugene (who was born nearly a decade after his two Sisters & Brother). Both Sigmund & Martha were both immigrants from the former country of Prussia (City of Kraikovo, Plock County, now part of Poland). Sigmund was originally brought to the United States at the age of seven, by his mother Valeria Stenzel, along with his two brothers and one sister. Sigmund's Wife (Eugene's Mother) Martha (Feltz--originally Felzynski) died in 1934 from complications related to uterus damage. Sigmund then went on to re-marrying, then divorcing--many times--until five-wives-later, Sigmund Eventually remarried number six: Annie McIlhaney Haughey Greig (originally from Scotland). Sigmund was known for his love of Polka Music & Dancing, Home-made Peppermint Schnapps, fresh trout, and Stradivarius Violins (of which he was said to have an extremely valuable collection). Sigmund died in July of 1959, at the age of 76. He is interred with his youngest Son Eugene in at the Riverview Cemetery, 8421 SW Macadam Ave, Portland, OR--97219 (Section 125, Lot 235, Grave 1)...
